I was responsible for the Cyber Security B.U. management coordinating the work of a team of 8 sales , pre sales and sw developer people ; therefore, I was in charge of managing and growing up the business relationship with the partners and end customers, such as Italian Central Law Enforcement Agencies and Italian Intelligence Agencies. I was also involved in defining the software's features. For end customers ( Intelligence Agencies and Central Law enforcement) my responsibilities were: • develop and manage CB, dealing with C-level executives; • identify prospects; • create new opportunities and handle the sales cycle from start to close. • Collect and analyse customer’s software change request and new features For Tier1 channels partners (cyber security reselling company) my responsibilities were: • hold regular business planning sessions, setting goals; • manage and review channels partners sales opportunities and pipeline, helping them to drive opportunities to closure, mentoring sales people; • meeting with partners’ prospect end customers for solution’s demos; • provide sales trainings; • identify potential channel partners and the decision makers within the partners organisation for onboarding them; • follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on competitors. My role was measured through achieving quota (2017/700k - 2018/1.3Mio - 1°H 2019 1.mio ).

I started up the company on the business idea to develop and sale software solutions as service; here a short list of what we have developed and sold to direct customers and through channel partners (Telecom Italia/ TIM and Fastweb): • Xenia (SaaS booking software) • Arkè (Saas Portale web content manager software) • imPress (SaaS newspaper content manager software) • SafeSurf (Saas cyber security mobile and server software) In 5 years the company has grown up to 4.8 Mio €; here an example (in Italian) about what newspapers said about us: https://www.repubblica.it/tecnologia/2014/09/02/news/la_silicon_valley_italiana-94886430/ As CEO I was responsible for: • leading the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategy (I have dealt also with defining software solutions’ development); • setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable; • maintaining business relationship with Telecom Italia/Tim and Fastweb; • maintaining and sharing awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities.
