Management and monitoring of back-end uploads of the DWH-FastWeb project via ETL Datastage 7.5, Oracle DB 11.2. O.S. Linux Red-Hat.
Management of Business Object alerts via BMC (Remedy) 

SOX Project: control of SW installation and release procedures, application log analysis on o.s. HP and Linux.
VIP project: plan change procedures, activation / deactivation of services on Vodafone VIP client numbers, o.s. HP and Linux and Oracle 10g Database. 

Responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting and tuning of SAS solutions and related bundles, such as Application Servers and Databases; responsible for security aspects and integration with third-party platforms such as LDAP, corporate portals and more. 

DWH Management on Oracle Solaris and HP-UX OS. 
Scheduling management through IBM Tivoli Job Scheduling Console and loading data to the database via IBM DataStage.
Administration , Maintenance of Oracle DB ( versions 9.2 and 11.1 ) , Backup & Restore of sensitive data , support Service Desk group for analysis of data on the DB according to directions of the Engineering.
Use of Unix Shell scripting , SQL / PLSQL and Perl for the management and monitoring of batch processes .
Front-End Management on RSVP Project via Apache Tomcat 5.5.33 .
Use of IBM Change Data Capture for duplication of data through ArchivedLog Files on project NearRealTime.
Management requests & Incident Handling with Remedy and Release Management with Serena Dimensions (PVCS).
