Actually I’m working as Service engineer supervisor for a company that makes industrial machines for impregnation process in electric motors and dispensing machine for automotive market. I started this activity in August 2019 when the company created a Service structure in Italy. In this short period the service group in Italy has already done experience in Italy and in Europe for machines preparation, FAT, installation and SAT, customer support in site or by remote way 
Before I worked in the semiconductor industry to produce CMOS image sensor devices, DRAM and Flash memory devices. From 2013 to July 2019, I worked as a Senior Process Engineer in PVD and CVD deposition process for development and quality. From 2006 to 2012 a worked in shift before as a junior process engineer and later as a process engineer supervisor. From 1999 to 2005 I worked as a planning engineer during the factory reorganization. From 1994 to 1998 I worked before as a manufacturing engineer then as a test engineer for development of Flash memory. 
I had also the opportunity to develop experience in many project activities both as a team member and as a team leader. Some of them are reported in CV. For instance the process transfer between companies, methodology standardization within company, development of specific machine control before production run (awarded by Micron Technology Technical Council). 
I developed also experience in the application of tools and methodologies for quality control. For instance failure analysis, quality deviation management, Pareto analysis, Cost of Poor Quality, Statistical Process Control, setup of FMEA and FDC system,  internal and external audit. 
Working in operational and project activities, in close collaboration with internal or external groups of the company, I have improved my relationship skills, leadership, team building, synthesis and target orientation. I’m looking for other opportunities to increase my knowledge, bringing the contribution of experience developed in a complex and international context. From registry point of view I am not young but I have no personal limitations or family commitments that can hinder reallocations or displacements because the people of my family are now able to live independently.
