Finance/treasury

- Develop and implement specific treasury projects in APAC region, out of which:
•	Restructuring of 1st Wholesale business model for all imported vehicles in China. Analysis of sensitivity between current model and insourcing plan with regards to impacts on working capital (especially inventories) and financial charges.
•	Define, develop and implement a reporting package at regional level to monitor, analyze and support forecasting of APAC Working Capital and Net Industrial Debt.
•	Credit Control reporting package to support management of Trade Receivables and definition of Bad Debt Provisions.
•	Consolidation and analysis of Balance Sheet, Cash-Flow (Indirect Method) to prepare Long Range Plan of APAC region (5 years), Budget, Forecast.
•	Management and coordination of APAC Real Estate matters with specific financial support on business cases and contract negotiation. Implementation of database to monitor all FCA real estate interests in the region and liaison with Corporate team and global/local brokers to review transactions and implement short/medium term plans.
•	Coordination of APAC JVs Treasury matters, including review of processes and procedures currently adopted by the Joint Ventures in alignment with FCA Group policies and best practices.
•	Other cross-functional Finance projects, in support of APAC Treasurer and CFO, such as: India JV Consolidation split between Jeep and Non-Jeep business areas, investigation on RAM importation opportunities, export business review for locally produced vehicles in China.
