Within Magneti Marelli organization my main activities are related to the overall management of the employment, in particular regarding the organizational development activities I follow the performance & leadership evaluation process, the individual development plans, the compensation & benefits policy/salary alignment implementation, the recruiting and job rotations, the assessment process for the development of internal careers and for external recruitment (Thomas international and Ceb tests), training organization (budget definition, suppliers selection, training needs analysis), definition and implementation of "Sistema Duale" and "Alternanza scuola-lavoro" program, induction plan, satisfaction survey (Great Place to work), Talent Management, succession plans, organizational reviews, SAP OM monitoring & updating. I have also a good skill about HC budget/FCT definition and payroll process monitoring, the "Welfare Plan" implemented by the Company. Magneti Marelli applies the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) program, I support the team in the implementation of the People Development Pillar activity.
Starting October 2007 I followed as HR Organizational Development Senior Specialist several areas of Magneti Marelli: Electronic Systems, Motorsport and Aftermarket business lines, Purchasing central function in Corbetta site (MM HQ). From February 2014 I follow the HR activities for Sulmona Plant.
