Hr specialist/generalist

As part of the GPTW Italian team, I am responsible of my customers consultancy projects through various tasks:
• Project management & consultancy:
o surveys delivery and data analysis
o employer branding strategy development
o workshops, focus groups and trainings delivery
o action planning through best practices
• Relationships and partnership management
• Business development: sales and proposal, budgeting
Special Projects: Global FMCG Project involving +50 Countries and 30k employees. Managed Budget: 300k €.

Responsible for the HR management for UK and UAE branches (~15empl. each, reporting to the local managing directors); supporting as deputy for Italian-based branches (~40empl., reporting to the local HRM). Main tasks:
• salary reviews & MBO assignments
• monthly reporting, budget and forecast
• organization and people development processes
• internal communication
• recruiting, onboarding, layoffs and exit interviews
Special projects: Restructuring, Italian branches’ merger, SuccessFactors implementation.

Reporting to the CHRO, I collaborated to the design and continuous improvement of different processes at Corporate level, coordinating and promoting the correct local deployment (for 16 branches worldwide.) of:
• performance, potential and competence assessments
• global training initiatives
• succession planning
• talent management
• interviews for middle managers (Corporate level)
• submission and feedback of different tests (LEA; HOGAN, BIRKMAN; etc.)
• internal climate survey
• people strategy and employee value proposition
Special projects: Global parental leaves, Smartworking., Global Leadership training

Reporting to HRVP, I was responsible for coordination of the 8 abroad-based branches, through constant communications with local HR managers and Corporate functions, contextually fostering an effective integration of the recently acquired water business units. Main tasks:
• HR budget, analytics and reports’ delivery. Interface with finance to ensure data coherence.
• organizational documents’ drafting and maintenance
• analysis and definition of the organizational structures, responsibilities and job descriptions.
• internal communication
Special projects: Due diligence, Business Line global re-organization, Competence assessment local implementation

• qualitative & quantitative audit over managers’ performance appraisals
• benefit offer’s communication and development: benchmarking between local best practices and vendors’ offer, development of the smart working policy, kick-off of a project with a non-profit making
• activities related to training & learning (founded training)
• employer branding; CVs screening, interviews, assessments, onboarding processes

• autonomous mgmt. of the recruitment for entry-level positions and participation in career fairs.
• employees’ retention and engagement: round tables; internal community kick-off
• others: high potentials assessment center; administrative processes related to hiring & resignation, international relocations; intranet contents development; event organization support
