MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
SEAS srl
feb 2017 - Attualmente
The main activities concern all the aspects related to the planning of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a Ryanair fleet of about one hundred B737-800 aircrafts. After a careful analysis of each maintenance task to be accomplished on relevant aircraft, as well as monitoring and controlling Deferred Defects / MEL / CDL / AD / SB, I liaise with Maintenance Manager/Station Supervisors to ensure that correct support, in term of availability of materials, spare parts and tools necessary for maintenance actions, is provided prior the task performance.
Furthermore, through the daily analysis of technical problems of our aircrafts in the fleet, which in turn cause delays or AOG situations, I provide continuous support to the technical and reliability department of the costumer, discussing on daily meetings.
This translates into the planning of preventive maintenance actions, aimed at avoiding, or at least reducing, the possibility that the technical problem will recur.

Dear Sir,

as a young and motivated individual, I am extremely interested to submit my CV. I hope that the valuable experience and career development skills which I would accomplish during the career period makes me an excellent candidate.

In October 2016, I completed with first class honours my master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, specialized in the area of structural mechanics at the University of Naples Federico II with a thesis developed in collaboration with the Italian Aerospace Research Centre (CIRA). The objective was the characterization, through experimental tests, a facility used by the research centre for qualification of space equipment for Pyroshock environment in accordance with the standards established by NASA, MIL, ECSS and ESA. The contribution I provided was to study its behavior with varying operating parameters and create a database useful for drastically reducing the time required to set up the facility, in the pre-test phase.

Immediately after graduating, I was offered the opportunity to work as a Maintenance Coordinator at SEAS S.r.l. a Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO) Service Provider in accordance with EASA (EU) Part 145 certification approval, which provides maintenance services to the Ryanair aircraft fleet in Italy and Europe.

In the past three years I have had the opportunity to deepen the specific knowledge on the operation and maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft and comprehensive understanding of Boeing AMM, EASA Part M and 145 regulations.
This task has also allowed me to better develop my already natural propensity for dynamic work in an ever-changing environment and dealing every day with multidisciplinary teams of national and international colleagues, with the acquisition, however, of a fluent English. Thanks to the central role entrusted to me I was able, finally, to develop a deep maturity in the management of priorities and a sense of responsibility for the maintenance activities to be carried out on aircrafts, with always adequate fulfillment of deadlines, which today confers a certain degree of decision-making autonomy.

Precisely in the perspective to implement the aforementioned dynamism, of being able to give my contribution to the achievement of new goals and acquire new skills myself, I am open to consider new job opportunities.

In conclusion, I believe that the technical and managerial skills, the experience as coordinator and the ability to understand maintenance manuals, standards and regulations to comply with acquired throughout my career make me a good candidate for your company.
