Italian safety legislation and European/Corporate directions. Management of the operational and interferential risks,
the main KPI corporate indicators and the medical surveillance. Safety auditor and active safety rep in live projects on
site.

 EHS Junior Advisor in Parma (IT) secondary site.
First stage of the Future Leaders Program. Junior Safety advisor in the EHS team with a strong focus on
Process Safety. Fundamentals on basis of safety management (GEMBA, AUDITS, KPI, Risk Evaluations, etc)
and pharma secondary processes. Commitment on knowledge of the Organization and working across
boundaries.
 Process and Compliance and Process Safety Engineer in Verona (IT) secondary site.
Second stage of the Future Leaders Program. Process and Compliance Engineer in the Eng team with the
status of process safety rep for Verona secondary site. Increase knowledge on pharma antibiotics production.
Project Manager with the aim of implementing sterility of the equipment parts on site. Better knowledge of
EHS and Engineering company standards. Participation in GSK personal skills program.
 Process Safety Engineer at Montrose (UK) primary site.
Third stage of the Future Leaders Program. Process Safety Engineer in primary site. Experience on major risks
related to chemical processes. Analysis of undesired chemical reactions. Active participation on safety
activities (Risk Evaluations, AUDITS, Improvements plans, etc) during the whole year and the maintenance
breakdown. Participation in GSK interpersonal skills program.
 Process Safety Champion Pharma Italy (EHS Dep of Parma and Verona).
Last stage of the Future Leaders Program Program and role landing. Process Safety lead for pharma Italian
secondary sites (Parma and Verona). Responsible of process safety management. Technical authority and
active part on a new facility project (new ViiV product) of 30m euro.
