The main tasks are related to:
-	Organize, manage and coordinate all the workshop activities related to the maintenance of the engine components
-	Provide all the details regarding the overhaul scheduling.
-	Provide the list of spares needed for the components overhaul.
-	Support the Sales Department providing all the necessary work details for specific maintenances I order to create a proper Sales Offers to the Customers.
-	Act as contact person for the Customer during the maintenance of the components in order to align the scheduling of the workshop with the needs of the Customer.
-	Responsible for briefing and debriefing of the workshop engineers before and after the jobs.
-	Ensure that the work is executed according to Wartsila Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.

The main tasks are related to:
-	Manage and coordinate complex Field Service activities
-	Plan activities, resources, spare parts, costs and time schedule for the complex work order
-	Coordinate, follow and support FS personnel when they are assigned on a work order
-	Responsible for briefing and debriefing of the engineers before and after the jobs
-	Act as contact person for customer during the work order. Interact with relevant internal stakeholders
-	Ensure that the work is executed according to Wartsila Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures
-	Follow-up and report the status of the complex work order to customer or relevant internal stakeholders
-	Develop and implement the Field Service processes, related to the invoicing and to the customer follow up, according to the business growth and Service strategy

The main tasks are related to:
-	Arrangement of internal and external meeting with customer to plan the job on board and clarify the technical aspects of the on board operations
-	Planning and leading the operations related to the installation on board of the engines ensuring that all the activities are performed according to the standard internal procedure.
-	Ensure that the commissioning operations are performed according to the schedule and requirements provided by the Customer
-	Ensure that Commissioning Targets are properly fulfilled
-	Technical support & Hot Issue follow up
-	Lead the information flow between all the necessary departments to solve Hot Issues and lead the meetings with Ship Owner and Ship Yard to clarify the causes of the problem and lead all the actions to solve Hot Issues on board. Lead also the information flow with the factory (when it is necessary) to avoid that the same problem will occur also on the engine still in the assembly line.
-	Strengthen relationship with Ship Yard and Ship Owners for a flawless communication
-	Ensure that the internal communication is the best possible in order to have the best Sharing Information among all the team members
-	Lead and coach personnel within site commissioning resources, including the development of applicable professional skills.
-	Ensure that all the Safety and Health Regulations are perfectly fulfilled (both from Wartsila side and from Ship Yard side) to ensure a safe work for all the Service Engineers on board. 
-	Ensure the local implementation of the global guidelines, processes and tools, including the utilization of all global templates, documents and reports
-	Monitor site commissioning performances in order to ensure top efficiency operations
-	Report to my superiors on a regular basis regarding the actual status of the projects in commissioning stage to provide a clear picture of the actual status of the work in progress in all the Korean Ship Yard providing information about the problems occurred and all the solution applied.

My main task are related to:

-	Support for activities related to engine test for the Product Development and Class Approval requested by R&D department
-	Support for managing the design improvement 
-	Support for the delivery of the drawings, assembly and quality instruction for the assembly
-	Support for the management of quality non conformities
-	Support for the Localization process providing the necessary technical support to the Korean suppliers that are producing the mechanical components in order to provide the proper quality level required for a proper quality level of the engines
-	Support for production activities from assembly to testing of the engines;

Mechanical Engineer and Project Engineer for the realization of naval engines for the Korean market in WHEC (Wärtsilä and Hyundai Engine Company) that is a joint venture between Wärtsilä and Hyundai located in Mokpo (South Korea).
