Involved in various projects; Tests on SAP system roles redesign. Integration test on EDI area during the SAP system roll out for the USA site. Blue Print, Integration test and go live support during the SAP system roll out for the  Argentina site. User support on Integration test e go live  for five european sites adopting a new logistic European hub on SD arear. Managing test scripts and support to end users during unit and integration tests, progress and incidets tracking through Sharepoint workflow. Customer service support on EDI. Support to the user community on analysis of requirements on new requests and needs.

On Sales & Distribution module on SAP system: First level support to Customer services to all sites on daily issues and for training needs, Support to the Process Owners in order to grant a correct application of company procedures and the appropriate usage of the SAP system. Managing functional documentation. Support to customer services on EDI projects; gather requirements, support on tests and move to production, post go live support. 

Responsible for local IT needs and projects for the Italian BU according to global IT objectives and local business needs. Project  leader and SD Key User for the SAP roll out, provided a significant support to the project ensuring the go live on time. In 1999 was in the team that implemented the ERP BPCS and BI system. Other significant projects in which I was involved are; various sales force automation versions during last 20 years, implementing BI reports through ImprompTu and Microsoft BIDS, Interface implementation between our system and external 3PL.. EDI projects with customers. 
Maintenance of a local As400 applications. Maintenance of LAN and local servers, day by day support to end users on ERP and PC applications, support to the sales force and related sales force application. 

IT manager assistant and responsible of analysis, development and maintenance on IBM S/36 and As400 systems. Worked on various projects; S/36 to As400 migration. Implemented the first Sales Force Automation system of the company. Implemented a customer document dispatching system using Postel service.
