Responsible of setting the key brands strategy and Customer marketing
plan, including implementation of BTL campaign and category development
(for Italy and Greece) to expand market share and perceive aggressive
growing targets.In particular:
• Responsible for creating and executing BTL platform cross category in modern Trade for south Europe
• Define opportunities and priorities of the full portfolio brands segmenting about 40 brands including Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Gordon's, Smirnoff, Tanqueray and Guinness.
• Define the category development plan and execution in key strategic customer (supervising a person responsible for planograms, range revision and market intelligence)
• Responsible for the trade KPIs (distribution, shelf positionins, price)
People management: I'm responsible for a team of 5 people among
South Europe, that work on developing customer mk platforms,
planning promotions, market intelligence and category development
Group Brand Manager Europe portfolio brands (Grand Marnier cognac liquer, Unicum bitter , Lancers wines)

Responsible for ATL and BTL platform development in key Europe countries in which the 3 brands were playing. In particular I worked with my team on the development of the following:
• Strategy for Europe of the Premium portfolio
• New Brand positioning for Unicum bitter and redefinition of key growth drivers (we plaid as global brand team )
• Europe consumer and trade Public Relations strategy (with magazine and when)
• Digital (viral video, banners, Facebook) and Print media plan
