Responsible for the technical drawings of new-entry products (in prototype phase). Involved in the development of several projects which should soon enter mass-production; SOP planned of this year. Also responsible for developing a special gas-strut named federbein: define the main characteristics of a federbein (lengths, forces, materials, components) with respect to the client requirements starting from the concept phase, followed by prototype building with validation tests until the part introduction of the final gas-struts. Role of “Application Engineer” for all federbein Asian projects with local suppliers and local plant productions.

Research and development of personal medical devices like inhalers, glucose meters, etc. During 2014 I took part in the mechanical development process of a small bio-electro-mechanical device, requiring a 2 months stay in Italy. The main 3D platform used for its development was Creo2. I was also involved in measuring and testing processes of different components in different stages going from prototype to mass-production phase.
