I have a support role in the production of corn seeds at the Casalmorano site.
I am working on two process improvement projects; one is about proper utilization of drying bins through establishing a correlation between different elements involved and increase the total capacity without extra expenditure on the infrastructure.
Another project is to identify revenue losses in the packaging process and to remove inefficiencies.
I am responsible for preparing & maintaining the data of seeds analysis before & after the chemical treatment.
I have gained extensive knowledge of corn seeds Husking, Drying, Processing, Treatment, Inventory & Packaging.
Additional support role in the Import & Export department, where I assist in OIC, GMO & OECD certifications & other logistics documentation.

I am pursuing my executive masters from SDA Bocconi in the management of International Organisations. I will complete my masters in February 2022.
