• Management, check and verification of the requirements of the supplies
• Technical responsibility of component assembly at construction site;

• Co-Management of Industrialization process of projects for Continental, Bosch, Pierburg;
• Filling of PPAP documentation and managing of relationships with Suppliers;
• MSA analysis, calculation of process indicators such as Cm, Cmk, Cp, Cpk, etc. by Minitab software and spreadsheets, Root cause analysis;
• Management of tests to assess and validate handling, packaging and procedures in general;
• Member of a four people team focused on reorganizing the whole process of management of new products and their production processes according to VDA rules;
• Creation of spreadsheets for recording data about Heat treatments on several Continental parts by VBA software;

Activities:

• Organisation and optimisation of a production area including 8 people;

• Loading and unloading of trucks by using forklifts/trans-pallets;
