Strategic Sourcing of heavy structural steel (Chassis/Turrets) and Sheet metal components: 
❖ Focused on global sourcing, global forecast, end to end inventories across the whole supply chain and service levels to market organizations. Preparation of purchasing plan to define commitments and conditions. 
❖ Identification of purchasing parts from BOM base in order to implement dual sourcing. Managed pre-selected on the project related to development and production capacity, technical and quality capability, financial sustainability.  
❖ Successful in developing strategic sourcing towards best-cost-countries (sourcing LCC). Identified new suppliers and received Request for quotation (RFQ). 
❖ Implemented effective negotiation strategies and commercially robust partnership agreement with suppliers to achieve long-term relationships along with the Purchasing Manager.  
❖ Organized conference call, meetings and planned on business trip for regular audits at supplier end along with the Quality Manager to ensure GMP and quality standards are met. 
❖ Managed deliveries to confirm with compliance contracts and verified purchase requisitions. Worked with quality team to ensure non-conformities and make alternative actions. 
❖ Developed and maintained the supplier’s KPI scorecard and QCD performance on every quarterly basis in order to improve the competitiveness and implement corrective actions. 
Achievement till date:            
Total potential savings is $248K for Chassis/turrets and sheet metal components annually.

Implementation of Demand Driven Material Requirement Planning (DDMRP): To understand the benefits and barriers by implementing Demand driven material requirement planning (DDMRP) under the point of view: Material flow, Information flow and Operating profitability. 
Methodology: 
❖ Analyzed As-Is planning and procurement situation by analyzing data from company database and documents. 
❖ Applied DDMRP concept on one of the most sold product lines, in order to increase performance in terms of speed and flexibility, and shortening the manufacturing lead time equal to the expected Delivery lead time, reducing the actual demand time.  
❖ Aims at sizing the proper level of the buffers with the goal of absorbing shocks and compressing the lead time. 
❖ Aims at dynamic adjustment of single stock level over time. 

Analyzed Purchasing Supply Chain Project for O-Pac company (Manufacturer of wet wipes): 
Analyzed the supplier's portfolio to understand the relationship and the level of integration between the company and suppliers, regarding the process of New Product development. My contribution is feasible and theoretical solution, that could improve the performance of NPD process. 
Developed the level of risk management of Global Supply Network of "Medecins Sans Frontieres" An International Humanitarian NGO: 
Analyzed and designed a supply chain risk management framework, eliminated those risks that impact on different actors of the supply chain network. Monitored whole supply chain network by setting key performance indicators. 
Implemented Open Innovation Project, a complete reshaping of layout AGOS - Personal loan: 
Favoring the adhesion of customers and partners, through the close collaboration with the Commercial Networks and the Marketing team of the Customer Management. Developed new services to enrich the current value proposition. 
Financial Report of DHL - Courier Express Parcel: 
Reviewed four years Annual report and maintaining a balance scorecard for the instant review and reporting.

Objective: 
Analyzing aluminum matrix composites for varying Silicon Carbide (Sic) content (5, 10, 15 wt%) were prepared and tested using stir casting fabrication techniques at Combat Vehicles Research and Development Establishment (CVRDE), Laboratory of Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Chennai, India.
