                Februryv2015 As VAS Solutions Manager Responsible for directing, Organizing and Controlling project activities, under the direction of EMEA Integration and VAS Manager at OCS EMEA. Full ownership of coordinating all EMEA VAS deals by interfacing with Regional Sales teams consisting of Solution Architects, Account Managers and Inside Sales together with the business support groups such as Asset, Operations, Sales Administration, Finance and Integration centers at Arrow OCS.

 	May 2014  My new role is  Service Delivery Manger Europe and I report to the Operations Director EMEA for OEM Computing Solution division , my main task is to implement at the complex Customer side " Lyon area" the Process of Supply chain at Global level , put in place all my previous experience ( Sales, Process, Project & Purchasing ).

 	January 2013 I was in charge as Demand Planning Team Lead following the pipeline management versus Complex Customer and Supplier at Southern Europe Region (Italy, France, Iberia and Israel).

 	September 2010 I was involved in the Business Operation team as Business Process Specialist for the Continue Process Improvement and related to the maintenance for the actual ERP and the implementation at EMEA level ( Europe Middle East and Africa ) in the Business Process Organization for the new ERP Oracle R12 as Business Process Manager related to the Supply Chain Management, Vendor Management Inventory following new Customers Implementation
Complex Customer (Forecasting, VMI and VAS) main Customers implemented "Sagemcom 3PL ( VMI in Tunisia); 
Magneti Marelli, Johnson Controls.

 	November 2007 my role includes the Purchasing Activity and Maintenance of the Pipeline Portfolio of the Commodity Passives Products for Southern Europe Region, Supplier Review, Quarter Business Reviews, Market Share, Customer Care, Sales & versus Plan. Responsible of the Business for Italy ,Greece and Israel and Quoting for Italy Market managing also Far East main suppliers for Electrolytic Capacitor on the order process and  commercial  activities .After that I move forward to Proprietary Product on January 2010 with same role and responsibility .

"	My roles include the activity for Purchasing about Hitel on two divisions , Consumer Product
( Corded Phone , DECT Cordless Phone ) and NSD ( Network Solution Division ) including Management of the MAN of Bologna City ( Metropolitan Area Network ). Hitel Italia Spa was the first company that has sold to Telecom Italia around half million pcs of Videophone for PSTN network.

"	I was also responsible to manage all the purchasing activity of the main components for the production of telecommunication products, budget managed in 2004 around 60 Million $. I was in contact with all main semiconductors companies and main distributors for the follow up of the deliveries and logistic coordination.

"	This activity was managed with the SAP R/3 system and all our offices in Korea and China where the two factory were located and I was coordinating the production flow process with my Executive Director and with the Production Factory Manager and our Europe offices were duly equipped with the SAP R/3 system in order to control the flow production, delivery and stock, with the direct report of four people located in Italy, South Korea and China.

"	I had also the role to make the sourcing of new components by approaching strategic Semiconductor or Vendors to assist our several R&D which were situated in Italy, Korea and China in reducing the Bill of Material of our various products by negotiating the proper contract and price.

As a member of the team in charge for all new Project coming from our Customers I had the opportunity to work in an international environment as Project Leader with the experiences below :

"	I have used the base "Industrial IT" of ABB AC800-F (one of the last products) for the plant OH3 in the Algeria (SONATRAC) for which I have taken care of the realization of Interface Operator and the implementation software by now joint to the phase of the testing with the final client.

"	For ABB Solution, I have worked with the "MOD. 300 "Etilene plant of Porto Torres (ENICHEM); also, following the testing concerning the beating signal and the Hardware Testing.

"	Always for ABB I have implemented graphic pages for Plant Towers of cooling Enichem Bring Marghera.

"	For FOXBORO-INVENSIS I have used the FOXDRAWE for configuration Interface operator "Plant of Porto Marghera" (AGIP Refinery); going to mass in service directly under the control from Agip. 

"	For SIEMENS, I have worked on the base SIMATIC PCS7 (Plant the Calories of Caserta) with the BIOMETICS of Boston as it still regards the engineering of the project in phase of development in stage of the Siemens of Cavenago

"	I oversaw the sales in South Europe Area of all the products produced by Hoshing Telecom assisting the General Manager from Hong Kong. 

"	The following products were sold in Europe to several OEM Customers:
Alarm - Radio, VCR, Fax, CT1, answering machine, Walkie Talkie and was in daily contact with my colleagues in Hong Kong and China to follow the offers and deliveries.

I have followed Engineering Study at Milan Polytechnic University 24 / 30 exams with address Management engineering specialization at Logistic and Production System.
