Background enlargement, adding to the SAP knowledge other experiences such as the realization of a new Dealer Portal, based on WAS 7.0, Web 2.0, xHTML 5, Struts 2 and Clear Case technologies. This Web Application has been realized including also the study of the best User Interaction solutions, leveraging the lessons learnt by the “trendiest” web sites (such as Facebook), and the experiences of the Web Designers of Accenture Multimedia Agency.

Role: Delivery lead of the SAP modules for managing operations

Operations (i.e., sales, purchasing, production planning, production execution, installation) lead in the CONE initiative, a project aimed at delivering SAP in all the Companies owned by COESIA group (located at Bologna, Italy). The above-mentioned holding plays a worldwide leading role in the Industrial Equipment space, producing the industrial lines needed to pack food, beverages, tobacco, etc. With respect to the SAP modules used over the previous years in the Automotive space (listed below), I have had the opportunity to deep dive on those proposed by SAP for managing manufacturing and a business based on the project (WBS) concept.

In parallel with the leadership role described above, in April 2014 I have been “Vehicle sales and logistic SME” for the project aimed at delivering SAP at Abdul Latif Jameel, Saudi Importer of Toyota, Lexus and Daihatsu.

Role: Lead of the Campaign Execution service team 
Team size: 4 On-Shore, 6 Near-Shore (Naples), 20 Off-Shore (India)

Lead of the team aimed at providing the Campaign Execution service to all the 8 FCA Countries in scope of the initiative (Italy, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Denmark). In brief the role required:
•	To plan developments and tests considering capacity, demand and due dates coming from all the Market Campaigns Leads.
•	To build from scratch both Near-Shore and Off-Shore service delivery teams, managing Resources ramp-up and monitoring constantly the skill transfer of the Eloqua tool capabilities.
•	To support adoption of applicable Accenture Delivery Best Practices, leveraging past experiences and ADM methodology (e.g., ticket management, quality delivery checklists, test sheets, bugs and CRs track records, etc.).
•	To build, to monitor and to report common and tailored KPI (e.g., number of campaigns delivered against plan, number of bugs, campaigns with bugs before Go-Live, On-time delivery, Quality trends, etc.).
