Project engineer / process engineer

 Execution and supervision of the project commissioning for the Titanium dioxide and Barium sulfate mechanical transport system.
 Adjustment of the correct parameters of two dust compactor machines in order to guarantee a good performance.
 KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) monitoring.
 Development of flow diagrams on production standard operational procedures (SOP).
 Coordination with maintenance department in order to repair failures on the production lines.

 Assist to the technical department manager in the development for new projects and coordination for the daily maintenance activities of the plant.
 Coordination of the technical suppliers during the programmed maintenance activities: DUVRI evaluation, operative activity supervision and monitoring of purchasing material.
 Coordination of the procurement process (in collaboration with the purchasing and logistic department’s): definition of required quantities of the materials needed for the scheduled maintenance activities, goods time delivery monitoring.
 TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) cost analysis for the different supplier’s offer.
 KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) monitoring.

 Direct interface with the client for the definition of the project for a cleaning air treatment plant of an aluminum cold rolling mill.
 Modification and development of the P&ID (Process and Instrumentation Diagram) and basic engineering according to the client’s technical specification.
 Coordination with suppliers for the detailed engineering phase; reception of feedback and analysis of improvements.
 Execution and supervision of the project construction activities; onsite troubleshooting to the resident engineer for the process technical assistance.
 Development of a major process design optimization in order to achieve an overall 20% cost reduction.
 Operative activities onsite in: Romania (commissioning) and USA (technical specification definition).
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Honorific mention of excellence awarded by the University Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Estado de México, by obtaining an average of 95 points over 100 and also by achieving the best GPA (Grade Point Average) in the generation of Chemical Engineers (2015).
