▪	Project Manager and Technical Coordinator of complex and multidisciplinary projects:  
	Responsible for project management and coordination of the group's activities: multisciplinary projects, studies and reporting, Systems architecture design, requirements’ analysis, definition of systems and subsystems, preparation of technical specifications and tender specifications on behalf of international authorities and private customer, assistance in the evaluation of offers, supervision of works, functional and performance qualification, acceptance tests, training. Field: naval, maritime, rail and urban transports, security and monitoring.

▪	Extensive experience in international projects.
Main projects: 
-Kuwait national Vessel Traffic Service and Search And Rescue service System. The project consists of the feasibility study, the design of all subsystems and facilities needed by the system, the technical specifications redaction, the tender dossier preparation and support to proposals evaluation. Customer: Ministry of Communication Kuwait, 2016-on going. 
-Studies and design of the National Maritime Single Window (MSW) for the commercial Ports in Kuwait. Customer: Kuwaiti Port Authority., 2018.
-Team leader of the Audit Team of the Comms Subsystems in the design process of Red Line Metro in Tel Aviv, Customer NTA (Israel), 2018- today
-Studies about harmonization of reporting in multimodal logistic chain in the framework of RIS Italia (River Information System) project. Customer RAM Infrastrutture e Trasporti, 2018.
-Project of the New VTS for Dakhla Port (Morocco). Customer: Agence Nationale des Port ANP, 2018-2019
