Digital transformation PM for the new internal CRM and Sales force organization portal during the whole lifecycle, by also coordinating foreign sub-contractor resources based abroad.

Design and development of the new portal used by Digital Coaches and Sales Managers, by implementing UIs, Agents, Activities and classes to put in place a distribution case of performance files.

- 06/2016 – 09/2016 (Finance) @Royal Bank of Scotland – RBS Gogarburn HQ – Edinburgh EH12 1HQ, Scotland Development of the new Outbound marketing campaign platform based on Pega and development of the business rules, strategies and capabilities for the NBAs of the upcoming release in production working alongside with Lead System and Business Architects.

- 12/2015 – 04/2016 (Telcommunication) @Wind Telecomunicazioni S.p.A. – Wind Digital, Largo Metropolitana 5 – 20017 Rho (MI), Italy Development of the Inbound-Outbound marketing campaign platform within Pega 7 framework. Testing during the UAT phase customer-side by supporting to gather and design new requirements and solving defects. Implementation of new capabilities and redesign of some strategies and behaviours of the platform.

- 09/2014 – 11/2015 (Finance) @National Australia Group – Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank, 57 Queen Street, Glasgow - Lanarkshire, G1 3EN Solving defects and add new capabilities regarding the business MKTG portal and development of logics which drive the NBAs for the web channel of the bank. I gave support to Marketing team to become more independent by mentoring them on usage of the platform. Implementation of the new NBAs for the mobile branch of the platform, by coding new rules to reflect the Proposition catalogue for Full Control Launch step.

Analysis, Implementation, customization and roll-out of the Chordiant inbound CVM platform (Deal Negotiator) for business customers through call centers and agencies; achieved single point of contact key role. Strategies design, updating offers catalogues, handle relationship with channels and their team leaders and with internal departments of the company. Produce reports on SAS of results for all the activities related with the tool. Helped the client to gather commercial requirements to translate them into business rules during the full lifecycle of change and business transformation process of the impacted channels.
