Accountable for developing common methodologies and controls to guide P180 Institutional projects and programs to successful completion. Be able to establish and maintain a strong rapport internally as well as with clients, contractors and other stakeholders. Mitigate risks to the production plan related to programs and supplier deliveries ensuring plans are executable and they satisfy On Time Delivery (OTD).

Responsible of BLK5 project (115M€ of NRC and 36M€ of RC costs) for the technical development and delivery of the Mission Systems integration activity onto the designated aircraft. Acted as the primary technical liaison with Platform Design Organizations, working with multiple partners internally within Piaggio Aerospace and externally across industry (suppliers and partner), to ensure the objectives of the develop and integration program are achieved. Also, was responsible for leading a team composed of 3 direct reports and 12 indirect reports.

• Developed and maintained trusted relationships with the Customer (ADASI / Mubadala), acting as the primary interface during technical and program reviews.
• Contributed in assuring consistency with engineering policies, practices and procedures of team’s documentation and technical data generated by the co-located team (IPT) while focusing and ensuring compliance to Intellectual Property rights.
• Produced documentation as CONOPS, ICD, Spec, SSDD, PSAC, PDDP, DDP, TRS, TRP; 
• Managed 7 “SoW” defining project-specific, deliverables and timelines, with close regulatory and governance terms and conditions in line with the MPP;
• Defined and maintaining the Project Management Plan, including definition of Work Breakdown Structure, Work Package (including activities assigned to the relevant design teamwork in line with contractual requirements);

Managed assembly, integration and testing of satellite SICRAL2B and EDR (ESA) payload equipment on system or subsystem level. Performed and coordinated test activities within DLR in Cologne.

Responsible to assist the customer in performing maintenance - repair - overall (MRO) activities. Managed the course maintenance training in accordance with Tornado MLU's applicable manuals. Assured efficient fulfillment of contractual requirements and obligations. Eased communication and coordination between parties.

• Designed training material following military and civil standards (from the TNA Training Needs Analysis
to courseware), to the class, the on-job training for the maintainers and the flight activity for the aircrew;
• Defined of the requirements for Training Devices (avionics systems and weapons) for different Customers
and different platforms;
• Supported the identification of proper set of instrumentation;
• Updated avionic user manuals and aircraft operative handbooks (checklist).

Worked with team members to support test objectives and ground or flight test activities on Eurofighter Typhoon, Tornado, C27J, Sky-X and Sky-Y. Design, implement, and maintain Ground and Airborne Data Acquisition Systems used to condition, monitor, and record data for a given test. Responsible for the installation, sustainment, configuration and troubleshooting of instrumentation.

• Utilized Alenia's developed software applications for specialized processing and transfer of flight test data
• Adhered to flight test policies and procedures to ensure quality and safe data acquisition and operations
• Provided direction and support to Flight Test Instrumentation Technicians, Electricians, Mechanics for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading instrumentation systems
• Collaborated with internal disciplines, including Flight Test Engineers, Flight Technology, Instrumentation Labs, Standards and Calibration, Aircraft Coordinators, etc.,
• Generated and update electrical drawings through CAD software

• Participated at test campaign in Sweden for European flight duration record, 8 hours, for a UAV of the over-1000-Kg category

Actually I stopped my studies due to work commitments that led me to follow the activities for which I am responsible.

The transition from the design phase to the mass production phase requires the consideration of various constraints: technical, organizational, economic and human. In this complex process, the industrialization engineer plays a key role. The engineer must:

• Take into account the complete 'product life cycle' so as to understand the context and issues.
• Specify and implement optimized production technologies and adapted industrial tools.
• Specify the human resources needed and suggest appropriate organizations, whilst taking into account the changing context.
• Be the interface facilitating dialogue and the exchange of information between the design office, the production service and the purchasing unit.

This course aimed at providing the necessary skills for future coordinators to set up the different industrialization phases. It was particularly relevant for future industrial or technical engineers wishing to work with production services as a director and mediator.
