Type of company/field specialization: Mechanical metallurgy – Heating plant producer
After two years working at the Danieli HQ I’ve been challenged to transfer to Danieli Centro Combustion in Pianezza (Turin).
In charge of the execution of projects for heating solutions and modern heat treating furnaces for Ferrous and Non Ferrous products such as Coils, Plates, rods. The projects managed are in the range of Multi Million Euro for clients spread all over the world.
In charge of the complete execution starting from the contractual take over up to entry into production; including project engineering, procurement, manufacturing and erection.
I coordinate working team activities and I’m responsible to plan, organize, evaluate and control project through collaboration of all company figures involved. I’m the interface between internal functions and the customers. My activity is aiming to enforce project’s requirements in terms of timing, costs and reliability in order to meet customer expectations.
I’m also involved during proposal jobs. I work jointly with the design department which supply the necessary technical / technological support for executing this task.
Operation area, main duties are:
 to define purpose and feasibility of the project;
 to evaluate time and define steps and modalities of project realization;
 to coordinate working team activities;
 to identify solutions in order to avoid risks;
 to monitor status and progress of different project steps;
 to produce the requested documentation and supervise work of the team by checking products quality and ensuring that quality standards are met.
Relationship/communication area, main duties are:
 to facilitate communication between entities involved in the project;
 to negotiate, with the customer and all figures involved, aims and modalities of project implementation;
 to identify necessary resource and organize them effectively and efficiently.
Travels are frequent to meet customers and sub-suppliers.

In charge of the execution of metallurgical projects for Steel Flat products plant making. The projects managed are in the range of Multi Million Euro for clients spread all over the world.
In charge of the complete execution starting from the contractual take over to the final commissioning including project engineering, purchasing, manufacturing and installation.
I coordinate working team activities and I’m responsible for the processing and management of the project through collaboration of all company figures involved. I’m the interface between internal functions and the customers. Main purpose of my activities is the customer satisfaction to achieve in accordance with the expected quality of the product, the time required for its realization and costs.
Main duties are:
 to evaluate time and costs in order to define steps and modalities of project realization;
 to coordinate working team activities;
 to identify solutions in order to avoid risks;
 to follow up different project phases and to produce the requested documentation
 to supervise the work produced by the team ensuring that quality standards are met.
 to manage communication with customers and between entities involved in the project;
 to discuss and negotiate aims and modalities of job implementation with the client and all the figures involved as well;
 to keep those involved in the project updated about the progress of activities;
 to evaluate and organize the necessary resources for the project development in an effectively way.
Frequent missions / travels to meet customers and colleagues located abroad in order to achieve the best aims of the projects.

Type of company/field specialization: Mechanical / AEC/FM industry
As assistant of senior project engineer and senior project manager, main duties are:
 to analyze and to design technical solutions according to technical specification and customer requirements;
 to analyze feasibility of improved technical / technological solutions;
 to develop technical offer to be negotiated with customer;
 to monitor status and progress of different project steps;
 to produce documentation for project follow up.
Research & Development area (BIM manager) main duties are:
R&D accountable for European Program “HOLISTEEC” aiming at providing AEC/FM industry with a comprehensive design methodology, considering the whole building life-cycle and the influence of neighborhoods, as well as the built environment energy efficiency improvement. Main object: design, develop, and demonstrate a BIM-based, on-the-cloud, collaborative building design software platform, featuring advanced design support and tools for multi-criteria building optimization.

Working experience carried out during university studies.
As assistant of the senior civil engineer, main duties are:
 to design civil projects according to technical specification;
 to analyze new solutions which could improve technical solutions;
 to develop final offer to be sent to final costumer.
