egal & Local Compliance officer (Lev.4) Daimler Busses Italy (since 2010)
EvoBus Italia, the Italian bus division of Daimler AG, is the supplier of Mercedes and Setra bus brands in Italy. 
I was hired on January 2010 and since then I am responsible of legal and compliance activities.
I manage two resources. 
 Legal  main activities:
-	Management and Coordination of Corporate affairs (secretary of the BoD);
-	Analyzing, set up and issue contracts or other acts relating to the relationship with third parties   including  its related issues (i.e. tenders, supply contracts, HR contracts, service level agreement, transactions.);
-	Follow up and manage at  national and European level  of court procedures;
-	Safeguard Company interests by assuring  the settlement  of  Company’s direct customers claims ;
-	Implementation in 2011 and ongoing follow up of  Company’s model of organization and control as per Law 231 / 2001. Member of the Organismo di Vigilanza (supervisory board ) ex 231/2001;
-	Restructuring of the Claim dept. of EvoBus Italia ( January/October 2017)
-	Data Protection Coordinator for EvoBus Italia (Nov 2017)

Compliance main activities:
Provide coordination, facilitation and oversight of key compliance activities, including: 
-	accounting for and monitoring  compliance activities, due diligence processes, government transactions;
-	identification of  training needs and liaise with Head of Compliance Management Buses regarding delivery;
-	Oversee, facilitate and report on compliance activities, as applicable, and prepare compliance performance reports for Head of Compliance Management Buses, entity/business unit leaders; 
Conduct compliance risk assessments for the entity/business unit area, aggregate and analyze compliance issues and trends, and provide entity/business unit summary to Head of Compliance Management Buses
