Within the Spirax Sarco structure, I am following the following tasks (Direct reporting to the Regional General Manager)

•	Quotation and projects management for over 45 worldwide Spirax Sarco branches (OpCo)
•	Evaluation and analysis of the bid requests received 
•	Coordination of major projects with technical department, quality department, production, planning department, marketing department , proposals and group Operating Companies
•	Technical-commercial meetings with the Operating Companies and their End Customers 
•	Management, technical-economic support and marketing support  of subsidiaries for the part of specific products manufactured and sold by Spirax Sarco Italia (levels, control instruments, shell and tube exchangers, steam package, degassers, clean steam generators, valves, steam traps, positioners)
•	Direct reporting to the regional General Manager

-	LINDE ENGINEERING – AMOUR PROJECT (project of around 2,5 ML€ value)
-	VARIOUS PROJCTS U.A.E. – KOREA – CINA – CANADA – etc. (Projects for around 4 ML€ value)
-	SEPCO II – JAZAN IGCC - SAUDI ARAMCO (project around 300 K€ value)
-	JENSEN – 6 STEAM GENERATORS for MARINE APPLICATION (Total project of around 500 K€ value)
-	ANNUAL TURNOVER MANAGED 14 ML€/year
-	WEB FOR EXPORT (Intragroup web portal for orders and lead times) launch in 2020

Within the mechanical engineering department, I followed the following tasks
•	Management and Drafting of the Material Requisition
•	Evaluation and analysis of the Technical quotations
•	Alignment and technical meetings with suppliers (manufacturers of pumps, compressors, water treatment, filters)
•	Kick of meeting, technical reports, MoM, technical report to Purchasing Department, Supplier follow up, supplier technical support
•	Project support with final customer: commissioning and start up
•	Preparation of the Tender Technical specification (MR, Data Sheet, technical specifications related disciplines)

	Target: reorganize the branch and push it to a business increase and new potential markets. Growth of market shares in Italy, analysis of the Italian market in terms of potential and competition, business mentality change, cross-selling, start-up service activities.
	First sale in Italy of WEMCO pumps (included in WEIR products portfolio) in the food market  with AMADORI supply of 2 back impeller pumps for the turkey processing line on the treatment of feathers for a total value of about € 80K
	ENEL C.TE di TORREVALDALIGA NORD 2 Years framework agreement (1.5 ML€) for service and spare parts on WARMAN pumps (15 pumps installed on DeSOx plant)
