Project management of communication strategies for pharmaceutical companies; management of congresses and events (including CME pharmaceutical events and symposia); account management of global, regional and local campaigns; development and coordination of social media strategies incl. social activation; development and management of websites and digital platform; organisation of internal/external launch events and workshops, working as the client’s main point of contact
to ensure the agency meets their expectations.
Day-to-day tasks included: coordination of internal workflow among the agency departments (creative, medical, editorial, production, administration); client reports and updates; writing and giving presentations; pitching; management (incl. forecast development and tracking).
