Senior project manager

• Led up to €15M projects delivering +10% profit increase through process flow optimization, cost controlling, risks preventive analysis initiatives. 
• Preventive analysis of project risks and critical issues, being active support to Sales Dept. before order acquiring.
• Management of project changes and amendments controlling cost additions / deductions and potential claims aiming the profit increasing.	
• Management of project budget, project phases construction, and following distribution of tasks to all organization levels and all department involved in respect to the timing and budget examined in advance.
• Active guide to the Technical Dept. & Operation Manager to assign tasks to technical/operation department resources.
• Cooperation with Finance Department to monitor receipts, letters of credit, non-compliance and cash-flow analysis.
• Regular draft of project/schedule/order, reports/minutes of meeting and “lesson learned” report.
• Sales analysis’s support for technical customer’s needs and related effort estimation (materials, FTE, skills, resources).
• Punch lists status monitoring, client endorsement even after project conclusion being Company reference point.
