I have worked with the OSCE/ODIHR in the framework of the election observation mission for Georgia's presidential elections. My responsibilities included: 
 - Acquired an in-depth understanding of the overall administrative procedures and campaign environment in the area of deployment.
- Assessed compliance of elections in Georgia with OSCE commitments and other international standards for electoral integrity and proposed recommendations to further improve the electoral process.
- Prepared weekly and spot reports based on observations, findings and assessment for the Core Team of analysts.
- Co-ordinated the deployment and activities of 28 Short Term Observers (accommodation, cars, recruitment of drivers and interpreters, briefing and de-briefing);

- Assisted the PR/Communications team in drafting information material: press releases, programme reports and feature stories;
- Assisted the programs manager with developing project proposals and concept papers to apply for grants;
- Monitored the implementation of funded projects and provided inputs to compile progress reports for donors. 
- Supported the PR/Communications Team with the English language target audience on social media platforms (Facebook and Twitter).

- Drafted the content plan of social media (Facebook and Twitter) and website updates in collaboration with the Communications Manager;
- Conducted independent research and edited contents (newsarticles, interviews, blogposts, feature stories) on the state of migrants and refugees' rights in Italy and in the EU for the websites cild.eu, openmigration.org and liberties.eu;
- Participated to the launch of a campaign to reform the Italian immigration law (Ero straniero- L'Umanità che fa bene), including the creation of multimedia contents and press releases;
- Selected contents and edited the monthly newsletter (Mailchimp);
- Contributed to the editing of the website cild.eu and management of CILD social media channels.

- Conducted research and prepared policy reports and concept papers for the diplomatic staff on matters related to Georgia’s democratic reform progress and the relations between Georgia and the two breakaway regions.

- Prepared concept papers, briefing notes, talking points and Power Point presentations on matters related to the Embassy for the diplomatic staff;
- Represented the Embassy of Italy at official meetings and drafted official records for the Ambassador;
