As an Account Executive for our SMB Segment (internally we call you a Sales Manager one of our European quirks!) your role isnt just about sellingits aboutowning your pipeline driving outbound success and executing a strategic sales process to exceed your targets.

Owning your pipeline at least50% of your closed dealswill originate from outbound efforts.
Hosting 2 high-impact demos per day positioning Mews as the best solution for hoteliers.
Managing a pipeline to consistently close350k ARR per year with deals averagingin value.
Making 100 outbound activities per week sparking conversations qualifying prospects and generating momentum.
Executing account-based sales strategies usingstorytelling and value-driven sellingto move deals forward.
Influencing multiple buyer personas from General Managers to Finance and Operations leaders tailoring your messaging to each.
Proactively iterating on your sales strategy using data insights to refine your outreach and positioning.
Delivering impact under pressure Mews moves fast and so should you.
Who YouAre Youll be a great fit if you.
Have aproven track record of exceeding 250k ARR quotas with ownership over outbound pipeline generation.
Haveconsistently closed deals averaging in value in amulti-step but fast-paced sales cycle.
Canengage influence and close multi-stakeholder deals tailoring your approach to different personas.
Arefluent in English and Italian.
Are comfortable withdata-driven sales execution leveraging pipeline analytics to optimize performance.
Arenaturally curious and adaptable with astrong problem-solving mindset.
Thrive in anentrepreneurial high-velocity sales environment where ambiguity is an opportunity not a blocker.
