ADMIN ASSOCIATE INTERN

The intern will assist the Finance team with daily accounting and administrative tasks gaining hands-on experience and technical knowledge in the accounting field.
What you will do.
Downloading of electronic invoices by Pagero portal.
Support in recording and archiving incoming invoices.
Record bank transactions and perform related reconciliation.
Support in monthly closing activities and preparation of accounting reports.
Assist in preparing and processing travel expense reports.
Key Requirements.
Masters Degree in Economics Business Administration or related.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
Accuracy reliability and ability to work well in a team.
Previous experience (even academic projects or simulations) in accounting is a plus.
Fluency in English is a must.
