Let's go! Your mission As the Affiliates Specialist for the Italian market, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing a diverse portfolio of affiliates, with a focus on driving performance and revenue growth for Bitpanda.
In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for affiliates in Italy, tailoring strategies to suit local market dynamics while aligning with Bitpanda's global objectives.
Collaborating closely with the wider Partnerships and User Acquisition team you will focus on driving ROI positive marketing campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with Italian affiliates, launching and managing campaigns tailored to the local audience, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
You will also contribute to cross-market initiatives, leveraging insights to enhance performance across multiple regions while maintaining a laser focus on the Italian market's unique characteristics and opportunities.
What you will do Own the affiliate optimisation strategy, budget and implementation across all types of affiliate partners for the Italian market Support the wider Performance Marketing team in delivering their performance objectives and ROI targets Grow Bitpanda's presence across affiliates, as well as conversion and revenue contribution through smart expansion strategies Work cross-functionally with the Italian country, analytics, product and creative teams to develop optimal campaigns Analyse campaign performance and identify new optimisation and growth levers; Who you are.
