The Role Eight Sleep is looking for a data driven and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our Growth Product team.
You’ll work closely with the Growth Product Manager, web engineers, web designers, and the broader Growth Team to improve the web experience, optimize conversions, and support operational excellence across product launches.
This role touches the entire product development lifecycle and requires a mix of data analysis, user research, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects and contribute to both front-end product improvements and backend operations that fuel growth.
How You’ll Contribute Collaborate with the Growth Product Manager to define and maintain the website product roadmap, keeping the team focused on high-impact opportunities Use qualitative and quantitative data, including funnel analysis and user research, to identify product improvements and inform prioritization Write clear product requirements and engineering tickets with well-defined goals, UX expectations, success metrics, and testing criteria Design and run A/B tests to optimize key web metrics, monitor performance, and iterate quickly Conduct thorough QA to ensure high-quality web launches Partner with customer experience, operations, and marketing to gather insights, prioritize features, and support seamless rollouts Document internal workflows and help identify bottlenecks across product, CX, and fulfillment operations Support operational readiness for key initiatives, such as new product rollouts, campaigns, or web updates   What You’ll Need to Succeed 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, hyper-growth startups, or similar Experience working for a consumer company in a growth product position or related role, such as project management or operations, is a plus Comfort analyzing large data sets and extrapolating insights Experience working closely with designers, engineers, customer experience, and marketing teams Ability to think strategically, execute efficiently, and learn quickly from experimentation Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize when there’s ambiguity   Why join Eight Sleep?
