Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Baker specializing in Arabic breads  to prepare a wide variety of traditional breads and pastries.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with Middle Eastern baking techniques and ingredients, including but not limited to khubz (pita), manakish, ka'ak, fatayer, and baklava.
This is a hands-on role requiring precision, creativity, and a deep appreciation for Arabic culinary heritage.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of traditional Arabic breads and pastries Manage dough preparation, proofing, and baking schedules Maintain quality and consistency in all baked goods Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to support daily operations and special events Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed Qualifications Proven experience as a baker, ideally with a focus on Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine In-depth knowledge of traditional baking methods and ingredients Ability to operate commercial baking equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail and time management skills Familiarity with hygiene and food safety standards Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Additional Information What's in it for you...
