Company Description Bartender Full time The Hoxton opened its doors in Florence, capital of Italy’s Tuscany region and home to some of the world’s most famous masterpieces of Renaissance art, architecture and monuments.
This eye-candy city is packed with culture and is the birthplace of gelato – we did not need any persuading to make it our second home in the country.
The Hoxton in Florence will feature 161 beautiful bedrooms of varying sizes, a large ground floor restaurant, bar, lobby, rooftop and courtyard.
There is also a basement meeting and events space.

Job Description What you’ll do… Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
Know your product and systems inside out.
Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
Be more than a Bartender – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.

Previous bar tending experience and basic drinks knowledge.
A thirst for knowledge – be it product, service, or everything in between.
A natural people person – you’re confident behind the bar and brilliant with guests.
