Job Description Key Responsibilities.
Mixology and Service.
Craft a wide range of cocktails and beverages with precision, whilst providing exceptional guest service and personalised recommendations.
Bar Management.
Maintain a clean, organised bar area, manage stock, and assist in menu development to ensure a polished guest experience.
Team Collaboration.
Work effectively with bar staff and other departments to maintain efficient service and a positive team environment.
Continuous Improvement.
Stay informed of industry trends and new techniques to enhance skills and contribute fresh ideas to the bar's offerings.
Qualifications   Luxury Experience.
Proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment, demonstrating sophisticated service delivery.
Skills and Knowledge.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in luxury hotel operations and management software, and understanding of service protocols.
Education.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience preferred.
Personal Qualities.
Passionate, authentic individual with a commitment to creating memorable experiences and embracing diversity.
As a Bartender at Our habitas Ras Abrouq, Qatar, you will expertly craft cocktails and beverages, enhancing our luxurious guest experience with your creativity and attention to detail.
