Key Responsibilities.
Guest Service.
Greet guests warmly, take drink and snack orders accurately, and deliver timely, attentive service with a personal touch.
Beverage Expertise.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our cocktail, wine, and spirits menu to confidently recommend and answer guest questions.
Order Coordination.
Collaborate closely with the bar team to ensure drinks are prepared and served promptly and precisely.
Presentation.
Serve all beverages and snacks to Delano’s high standards, combining consistency with style and elegance.
Guest Engagement.
Build genuine connections, anticipate guest needs, and handle requests or concerns professionally and gracefully.
Cleanliness & Setup.
Keep the bar and surrounding areas clean and organized before, during, and after service.
Teamwork.
Support your colleagues during busy periods to maintain smooth and efficient bar operations.
Qualifications Luxury Experience.
You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
Exceptional Skills.
Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
Operational Knowledge.
You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
Educational Background.
A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
