Attività.
• Pianifica autonomamente in accordo con i manager il giro visite sulle Farmacie già assegnate a livello regionale.
È responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita al consumatore finale.
• Vende prodotti dermocosmetici.
• Organizza giornate di vendita consulenziale.
si occupa del reclutamento dei clienti all'interno del punto vendita, effettua check up cosmetici, con l'obiettivo di consigliare e vendere i prodotti dermocosmetici più indicati in base alle esigenze • Si occupa della Formazione alle Responsabili cosmetiche e al Team delle sue Farmacie.
Il Training riguarda le modalità di approccio al cliente, le tecniche di vendita e le caratteristiche tecniche dei prodotti.
• Garantisce il raggiungimento degli obiettivi individuali e la continuità e qualità del Servizio di Consulenza nelle Farmacie di sua competenza Requisiti.
• preferibile qualifica di estetista • Flessibilità, Autonomia, ottime capacità di gestione stress, ottime capacità comunicative ed organizzative • Dinamismo e disponibilità agli spostamenti regionali sulle province assegnate • Conoscenza canale farmacia • Esperienza pregressa come Beauty Consultant/estetista in farmacia • Buone skill nel settore dermocosmetico Si Offre.
• Contratto Commercio con Adecco Outsourcing, V livello, a chiamata, rimborso km, buoni pasto e bonus • Formazione costante, Affiancamenti On Field, Partecipazione a Meeting Aziendali e Possibilità di crescita nei settori manageriale o commerciale area di competenza.
