About the role We are looking for a new team member to join our Purchasing Department.
The selected candidate will manage the procurement process, supporting supplier selection, request for quotations, commercial negotiations, and purchase order management.
Main responsibilities can include.
Analyze internal purchasing needs and manage requests; Research and select suppliers; Request and evaluate commercial offers; Negotiate prices and purchasing conditions; Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries; Verify documentation and support the supplier accounting process; Collaborate with warehouse and quality teams for material inspections; Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
What you need to be successful Diploma or Degree (preferably in a technical field); Between 3 and 6 years of previous experience in purchasing, focusing on mechanical components; Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems; Strong organizational and negotiation skills, results-oriented and teamwork capabilities; Willingness to travel upon request (10% of the time).
