Your key responsibilities In our Global Engineering Department the Project Delivery Lead (m/f/d) is assigned to one or multiple specific greenfield or brownfield growth investment projects and is responsible for the planning management execution and delivery of investment projects across the entire project lifecycle.
Setting the strategic direction of projects and adherence to internal procedures is a key function of this role.
The role provides leadership to the local project team(s) building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers stakeholders suppliers and contractors.
You will interact with quality and finance functions procurement validation engineers research and development MS&T facilities and utilities management and operations.
Lead and deliver major CAPEX projects ensuring scope budget timeline quality and safety.
Develop and manage project plans across engineering design construction commissioning and qualification phases in line with GEP.
Define project scope and deliverables with sponsors and stakeholders to support business objectives.
Build and lead cross-functional project teams ensuring clear roles effective communication and performance management.
Maintain transparent stakeholder communication and proactively address challenges.
Provide regular progress reports and manage risk to keep projects on track.
Your profile Degree in Engineering or related field with 10 years experience in major CAPEX project management.
Proven track record in design construction and qualification of sterile fill-finish facilities (cRABS/isolator technology) including completion of at least one greenfield cGMP project.
Strong hands-on project management skills.
multi-tasking scope/budget/schedule control and vendor/contractor coordination.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical facility design principles and GMP utilities with ability to challenge vendor solutions.
High self-motivation independence drive to improve processes and challenge the status quo.
Leadership experience in cross-functional matrix teams.
Fluent Italian and English.
