This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in French cuisine while leading a dynamic culinary team at sea.
Your Role Oversee an authentic French restaurant, ensuring top-tier taste, presentation, and quality.
Design and execute menus, blending tradition with innovation.
Lead and mentor kitchen staff to maintain excellence.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cost control compliance.
What We’re Looking For Experience as Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef, or Executive Sous Chef in high-end French dining, ideally on a luxury Cruise ship.
Deep knowledge of French cuisine, regional dishes, and techniques.
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
Cruise or luxury hospitality experience is a plus.
