As our Chef Pastry, you will create a delightful culinary experience for our guests, transforming the finest ingredients into stunning desserts and baked masterpieces.
Your role is to ensure every sweet bite contributes to unforgettable memories, complementing the exceptional service that defines our brand.

1.
Onboard Expertise.
Proven experience as a Chef Pastry or similar role aboard a cruise line is essential.
2.
Culinary Mastery.
A professional pastry chef qualification from a recognized institution and hands-on expertise in advanced pastry techniques.
3.
Leadership Skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
4.
Creativity and Innovation.
A passion for making the recipes at best of your capabilities and challenge yourself with special requests such as dietary needs and passenger preferences.
Your Essentials To be successful in this role, you’ll need.
1.
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position, onboard of cruise ship 2.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) 3.
Comprehensive knowledge of international pastry trends and techniques.
4.
Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards 5.
The physical ability to work in a dynamic environment, including the flexibility to adapt to varied schedules and extended periods at sea, time management.
