£ per month (DOE) Role Overview Serving as the principal aide and strategic advisor to a high-profile individual, this role involves managing operations, staff, and engagements spanning philanthropic, diplomatic, and private matters.
It demands exceptional organisational skills, cultural fluency, and absolute discretion.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between the Principal and key stakeholders including household staff, government representatives, diplomats, and partner organisations.
Oversee strategic priorities, schedules, events, and travel arrangements (including VIP airport and immigration protocols).
Manage and coordinate household, administrative, and protocol teams.
Ensure all engagements and communications comply with required cultural and formal protocols.
Liaise with family members, dignitaries, and senior external contacts.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all matters.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
At least 10 years in senior advisory, protocol, diplomatic, or executive roles, ideally within government, diplomacy, or UHNW environments.
Proven ability to manage complex schedules and high-pressure operations.
Knowledge of Middle Eastern cultural norms is an advantage; fluency in English is preferred (Arabic is an advantage).
