Our client is revolutionizing urban transport with its fleet of shared electric vehicles.

Your Mission As the City Manager for Frankfurt and Dresden, you will be the on-the-ground owner responsible for launching and scaling operations in two key German cities.
Your mission is to drive success from day one, ensuring fleet availability, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
This is not a desk job; you will be the eyes and ears of the business, spending your time on the street, in the warehouse, and with our partners to make things happen.
What You'll Do Own Your Cities.
Take full responsibility for the operational performance of the vehicle fleets in Frankfurt and Dresden.
Drive Key Metrics.
You will be measured by your ability to improve core KPIs, including overall vehicle availability (LTE) and the on-street unlockable rate.
Master Operations.
Become the expert on your cities' logistics, managing the relationship with our external vendor to optimize vehicle battery swapping, relocation, and maintenance.
Be Hands-On.
Spend significant time in the field to observe, identify issues, and discover opportunities for improvement.
Youull get your hands dirty to understand the business from the ground up.
Innovate and Improve.
Act as a crucial link between the ground and HQ.
Proactively propose new strategies and recommendations to enhance service and user acquisition based on your direct observations.
Build from Scratch.
Play a key role in setting up our Frankfurt operations, including assisting in securing and establishing the new warehouse facility.

Essential Requirements.
A valid driving license is mandatory.
Good professional proficiency in both German and English is required.
Your Background.
