raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di vendita individuali e di store.
gestire attività di clienteling, fidelizzando i clienti e garantendo un servizio post-vendita di alto livello.
mantenere gli standard di visual merchandising e contribuire all'ordine e all'immagine impeccabile della boutique.
supportare la gestione dello stock e le operazioni quotidiane di negozio.
competenze ed esperienza esperienza pregressa nella vendita assistita in contesti premium o luxury; gradita esperienza nel settore beachwear/swimwear o abbigliamento di fascia alta.
ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue costituisce un plus.
passione per la moda, ottime doti relazionali e comunicative.
attitudine alla vendita consulenziale e orientamento al cliente.
disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei weekend, secondo le esigenze del punto vendita.
