CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SITE EXPERT

It's more than a job CI Expert\us responsibility is to lead Kuehne+Nagel\us continuous improvement program (Production System) in alignment with local management team and to ensure the delivery of savings and productivity improvements in our logistics site in Nogara (VR).
The CI expert is the key representative and active promoter of Continuous Improvement culture that the site needs to embrace.
\u200E The Continuous Improvement Site Expert (Production System Green Belt) is part of Kuehne+Nagel\us Contract Logistics Production System department in Italy and drives Continuous Improvement on site by delivering value to our food & beverage client and operations.
How you create impact Facilitates and fosters the Continuous Improvement process, culture and site program deployment across the warehousing operation Identifies, leads and delivers LSS projects using DMAIC methodology, project opportunities or Kaizens activities in line with site objectives and budget requirements together with operational teams and in collaboration with employees of different teams Implements Kuehne+Nagel\us Excellence program Implements and maintains continuous improvement techniques and Production System tools such as.
5S, visual management, standard work, value stream mapping, SQCDEP communication boards, process status boards, process control boards, flow, and more Trains, coaches and supports employees at various levels in the organization in applying continuous improvement techniques and tool Implement productivity management tools to ensure consistent measurement and monitoring of productivity Reports Continuous Improvement Activity in Corporate Tracker tool What we would like you to bring Educated to Bachelor/master degree standard or equivalent level of thinking and performance by experience 3 to 5 years experience in an operational role Experience in Logistics / Supply chain or Production environment is regarded as a plus Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or proven background in the delivery of Lean Six Sigma projects and continuous improvement activities (min.
2 years) Demonstrates a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to energize and inspire others Strong communication skills.
able to build rapport with colleagues at different levels in the organization, eager to coach and train people.
Analytical and problem solving thinking combined with a hands-on and proactive mind-set.
