Manage construction activities for high-tech industrial projects, focusing on CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) disciplines.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet high-quality standards.
Act as the technical point of contact for customers; lead meetings and correspondence with subcontractors.
Coordinate all construction participants and subcontractors; lead the on-site construction team.
Plan schedules and monitor construction progress.
Ensure compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) regulations.
Conduct site inspections and acceptance checks.
Identify, document, and track resolution of construction defects.
Prepare measurements and manage billing for construction projects.
Requirements.
Relevant qualification in construction (e.
., master craftsman, technician) or degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services, environmental engineering, or similar.
Experience in construction management with solid knowledge of German building codes and local regulations.
Willingness to travel within the DACH region and stay on-site for 5-day project assignments.
Flexibility to work in shift systems Strong intercultural competence, team spirit, and ability to work independently.
