Per un importante cliente nel settore Automotive, siamo alla ricerca di brillanti risorse da inserire come addetti al Customer Service (Front Office team). Il candidato ideale ha un forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, ottime doti relazionali e dimostra una spiccata propensione all’analisi dei bisogni dei clienti reali/potenziali.
Requisiti di lavoro
Job Responsibilities
• Rispondere alle richieste dei clienti attraverso i diversi canali in modo professionale, preciso e puntuale
• Monitorare i canali social per individuare eventuali problematiche e segnalazioni
• Garantire una collaborazione efficace con altri team interni nell’ottica di soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.
Job Requirements
• Buone competenze di comunicazione verbale e scritta
• Padronanza della lingua italiana (C2)
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese o francese orale e scritta (B2)
• Ottime abilità in ambito informatico
• Orientamento al cliente e capacità di problem solving
• Flessibilità e proattività
• Costituisce titolo preferenziale la pregressa esperienza in ambito customer service/automotive
• Dimestichezza con il linguaggio social e di instant messaging (WhatsApp)
• Attitudine commerciale
• Art.1 L. 68/99 – “categorie protette”
