Customer Experience Advisor (sales & OPS support) La risorsa si occuperà di.
Gestire i contratti dei clienti e gli aggiornamenti e supportare il processo GPI Monitoraggio generale del processo LH da e per i paesi dell'UE Supporto al servizio clienti.
Focus sulle vendite.
Collaborare con il Team Vendite per le attività post-vendita creando contratti - attivando codici cliente - aprendo portali di spedizione gestendo le comunicazioni legali in arrivo.
Supportare clienti/partner nella creazione di documenti di trasporto Supporto alla fatturazione.
Focus operazioni.
Monitoraggio delle spedizioni dall'Italia ai poli di iniezione Controllo e comunicazione dei resi provenienti dai centri di consolidamento europei Immissioni dati Mcube e gestione dei programmi.
Revisione quotidiana della qualità MM Attivazione del ritiro Boost regolare Monitoraggio delle spedizioni consolidate verso i poli tedeschi Monitorare le prestazioni operative dei transiti transfrontalieri.
Requisiti.
- Diploma e/o Laurea; - Minima esperienza pregressa in un ruolo analogo; - Flessibilità e problem solving; - Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office; - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; - Buona capacità di lavorare in ambienti dinamici ed in team Orario di lavoro.
Full Time dal lunedì al venerdì Retribuzione.
4° livello CCNL Logistica e Trasporti Benefits.
Ticket Restaurant Disponibilità oraria.
Full Time Patente.
