Basic purpose of the Job As Cybersecurity Manager you’ll be in charge of the implementation of all cyber security initiative programs, ensuring effectiveness of all Policies, Procedures and technologies related to information security.
You will be heavily focused on main cyber security domains such as IT Risk Management, Identity & Access Management, IT Infrastructure Security, Information Security Governance, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Test and Incident Management.
You will be also focused on coordinating the SOC services including the security technologies, acting as a point of contact among all stakeholders to manage incidents.

In this role, you will.
- Design and implement Security Policies and Procedures (eg.
IAM flows, etc.); - Identify, assess, and monitor IT risks across systems, processes, and projects; - Perform periodic IT Risk Assessments and support the implementation of mitigation plans; - Monitoring End Point Protection solutions (client and server); - Maintain, improve processes and define guidelines to manage Vulnerabilities of Software Products and related Infrastructure; - Recommend appropriate measures to fix protection issues and reduce risks to an acceptable level; - Carry out interfacing activities between the the SOC and the internal structures, managing all communication aspects and structuring coordination (eg.
Incident handling); - Execute and or coordinate periodical Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test.

For this role, we’re looking for someone with.
Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or similar; At least 7 years of relevant experience in the role; Knowledge of IT Risk Management frameworks (e.
., ISO/IEC , NIST SP , COBIT, COSO); Strong knowledge of Cyber Security domains (IAM, Security Architecture, Security Infrastructure, Incident Management, etc.); Experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test; Fluency in spoken and written English; Fluency in spoken and written Italian; Certifications (eg.
ISO , etc); Luxury and Fashion background is appreciated.
