What youll be doing As a Data Analyst youll play a key role in enhancing our data-driven decision-making and optimizing product and business processes by researching analyzing and visualizing data to drive impactful solutions.
Heres what your day-to-day will look like.
Drive impact By researching and implementing rigorous data-driven solutions that bring concrete value to product and business lines.
Analyze data To interpret datasets derive actionable insights and support critical decision-making processes across various teams.
Design experiments To develop and manage A/B tests that optimize and guide product and process enhancements based on measurable results.
Create visualisations To track key metrics and assist in the creation of visual representations (dashboards maps) for effective communication of analytical insights to stakeholders.
Manage analytic solutions By modernizing standardizing troubleshooting and maintaining existing tools to ensure accuracy and reliability of our data infrastructure.

Who were looking for We need a problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a collaborative environment.
If youre detail-oriented and ready to take ownership in a dynamic setting youll fit right in! Does this sound like you Relevant experience 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics demonstrating a strong understanding of data analysis principles.
Strong analytical skills With proven analytical statistical and quantitative problem-solving skills to tackle complex data challenges.
Technical proficiency Advanced knowledge of SQL including query optimization techniques for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
Programming skills Extensive knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis data manipulation and automation of analytical tasks.
Data visualization skills Experience with Looker Tableau or similar visualization tools to create insightful and easily understandable data representations.
