Job Description We’re now looking for a passionate Demi Chef to join our talented kitchen team at Mid Air, crafting dishes that excite, inspire, and keep our guests coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities.
Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to Hyde’s standards Assisting senior chefs with menu creation, prep, and service execution Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment Ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every plate Bringing your own creative flair while staying true to our brand style Supporting junior team members and fostering a positive team culture Qualifications What we’re looking for Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef in a hotel or high-volume restaurant Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards Strong teamwork skills and a can-do attitude Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays What we offer.
